Had an exceptionally easy, efficient, and pleasant experience at the DMV this morning. The exception really does prove the rule.

Speakerphones are what Satan created to counterract the combined awesomeness of puppies, music, sunbeams, and freshly laundered towels.
Best part of being a professor: dropping kids who flake out on the first day of class. Esp. since I was totally one of those kids once.
